How to use the rare egg timer
In Steal an Egg, rare egg windows are short — around five minutes from the announcement until the egg disappears. That is barely enough time to cross the map, win the steal, and carry it home, so the biggest leak for most players is simply losing track of the clock. This timer exists to plug that leak.
- When the rare egg announcement appears, press Start.
- Glance at the countdown between runs — the amber bar shows how much window is left.
- If you can't secure the egg with about a minute remaining, break off and bank what you have. Dying with a rare in hand pays nothing.
