Use your own payout numbers
Every input here is something you can read straight off your own gameplay: the coin popup when you bank an egg, your honest estimate of how often a steal survives the run home, and a stopwatch on one full loop. Do three runs, time them, average them — that "minutes per run" number is the one most players get wrong, because they forget the failed attempts, the walk back, and the hatching.
The classic trap this calculator exposes: the high-payout egg across the map with a 50% survival rate often loses to the boring mid-tier egg you can lap safely. Expected value multiplies payout by success — a route that halves your success rate needs to pay more than double to be worth it.
